Ziti Pasta in a Wine Sauce!


Today’s lunch is ziti pasta in a white wine sauce! Here are the ingredients!


• 1 box of Barilla Ziti pasta

• 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

• 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

• 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

• 5 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

• 2 cups of white wine

• 1 tablespoon of garlic salt






To start with, I filled a pasta pot with water and the salt and olive oil, and set it to high heat. Once it reached a boil, I added in the Ziti and cooked it for 10 minutes.


In a large sauce pan I added in the rosemary, garlic, wine, and garlic salt and let it come to a boil. Once the alcohol boiled out, I drained the pasta, tossed it with the sauce, and served.
