Vegan Rice & Vegetable Stir-Fry!

Tonight’s dinner is a vegan rice and vegetable stir-fry!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1 tablespoon of the Marrakech Moroccan Mix- Salt Free- from Savory Spice
· 1 large clove of garlic-peeled and chopped finely
· 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger
· 1 cup of duck sauce
· 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
· 1 package of Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain Medley Rice
· 1 package of Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and Wild Rice
· 1 bag (12 oz.) of Harris Teeter mixed vegetables
I heated up a large non-stick skillet on high heat and added in all the ingredients. I cooked it for about 10 minutes and then put it in several individual containers for lunches for the rest of the week.
