Vegan Garlic Pasta!

Tonight’s dinner is my vegan garlic pasta! Here are the ingredients!


• 2 tablespoons of the original oat creamer

• 5 cloves of finely chopped garlic

• 1 tablespoon of McCormick garlic salt

• 1 tablespoon of salt for the pasta water

• 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

• 1 box of Barilla spaghetti


To start, I filled my large pasta pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I covered it and let it come to a boil. Once it did, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 11 minutes.


In a deep saucepan I added in the chopped garlic, the garlic salt, and the oat creamer and let this cook on low. Once the pasta was done, I drained it and tossed it with the sauce and served.
