Vegan Garlic Lemon Pepper Pasta!

Today’s lunch is a 10-minute meal- a vegan garlic lemon pepper pasta dish!







Here are the ingredients!

· 2 tablespoons of the original nutpods

· 1 tablespoon of McCormick Lemon Pepper seasoning

· 1 tablespoon of McCormick garlic salt

· 3 finely chopped and peeled garlic cloves

· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

· 1 box of Barilla Angel Hair pasta

In a large skillet, I added in the nutpods, lemon pepper, salt, and garlic cloves and let it cook on low.

I filled a large pasta pot with water and added in the oil and salt. Once it reached a boil, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 4 minutes. Once it was done, I drained and added the pasta straight to the sauce, stirring it to coat all the noodles.
