Vegan Curried Noodles!

Tonight’s dinner is a vegan noodle dish! Here are the ingredients!
• 1 box of Thai Kitchen brown rice noodles
• 2 tablespoons of curry powder
• 2 tablespoons of ground ginger
• 2 tablespoons of garlic salt
• 5 cloves of peeled and chopped garlic
• 3 tablespoons of Kikkoman soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• I tablespoon of vegetable oil
To start with, I set a large pot of water on high heat to boil. , I added in the 1 tablespoon of the curry powder, 1 tablespoon of the garlic salt, the olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of the ground ginger. Once it reached a boil, I added in the noodles and cooked them for 5 minutes.
In a large non-stick skillet, I added in the other tablespoons of the curry powder, the ginger, and garlic salt. I also added in the vegetable oil, soy sauce, and garlic, and cooked all of this together on low.
Once the noodles were done, I drained them and added them straight to the pan with the seasonings and garlic. I turned it to high and cooked the noodles were nicely coated with all the seasonings and served.
