Vegan Chocolate Cake with nutpods!

Today’s recipe is a vegan chocolate cake with a butterscotch center made with nutpods!
I substituted the eggs with some oat milk and it was amazing! Here’s the ingredients!
• ¼ cup of nutpods oat milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 box of Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge cake mix
• 1 kcup of ground coffee
• ¼ cup of dairy free butter scotch chips
• 1 can of Pam spray
• A roll of foil
• 1 loaf cake pan
To start with, I preheated the oven to 325 degrees. In a large metal prep bowl, I mixed the oat milk, vegetable oil, cake mix, and coffee until it was all blended together. I lined the pan with foil and poured half of the mix in the pan. I added in a layer of the butterscotch chips and then added the rest of the batter over it.
I baked it for 25 minutes. Once it was done, I removed it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about an hour.
