Vegan and Gluten Free Sundried Tomato Pasta!

Tonight’s my take on a vegan and gluten free sun-dried tomato pasta dish!
Here are the ingredients!
· 3 tablespoons of the original nutpods
· 1 tablespoon of the Bohemian Forest Salt Free seasoning- from Savory Spice
· 1 tablespoon of McCormick garlic salt
· 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
· 2 tablespoons of Barilla sun-dried tomato pesto
· 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
· 1 box of Barilla gluten free elbows
· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water
To start with, I set a large pot of water to boil and added in the salt and olive oil. In a large skillet, I added in the garlic, the nutpods, the Bohemian Forest seasoning, the Italian seasoning, and the sundried tomato pesto. I stirred all of this together and let it simmer while the water came to a boil. Once the water boiled, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 8 minutes.
Once the pasta was done, I drained it and added it straight to the sauce. I gave it stir to coat all the noodles and then served.
