Today’s lunch is pasta dish made with the Griller’s Garlic Rub from Riley’s Spices! Here are the ingredients!
• 1 tablespoon of the Griller’s Garlic Rub from Riley’s Spices
• 1 cup of the original oat nutpods
• 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water
• 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
• 1 box of Barilla Thin Spaghetti

In a large pasta pot, I added the water, olive oil, and salt and let it reach a boil on high heat. Once it did, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 7 minutes.
In a large sauté pan, I added in the nutpods, the garlic and the garlic rub and whisked it together to make a sauce. I set thus to low heat so the garlic would not burn.
Once the pasta was done, I drained it and added it straight into the sauce, gave it a stir to coat all the noodles and then served.
The sauce got a little too thick, so I just added a ¼ cup of the pasta water to help thin it down.
