Sweet Potato Noodles!

Today’s lunch is a sweet potato noodle dish that’s gluten free and vegan! Here are the ingredients!

· 2 tablespoons of the Marrakech Moroccan Mix seasoning- from Savory Spice

· 1 tablespoon of ginger paste

· 1 tablespoon of Kikkoman sesame oil

· 1 tablespoon of McCormick garlic salt

· 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

· 1 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

1 large onion chopped into thin slivers

· 1 tablespoon of salt

· 2 packages of sweet potato noodles

To start with, I set a pot of water to boil and added in the salt and the Moroccan seasoning. When it reached a boil, I added in both packages of the noodles and cooked them for 6 minutes.

In a large non-stick skillet, I added in the oil and turned the heat to medium. I added in the chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste, and soy sauce.

Once the noodles were done, I drained them and added them to the pan and cooked them together for about a minute to absorb the entire flavor and them served.
