Steak Stir-Fry!

Today’s lunch is a steak stir fry!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1 tablespoon of B’s Rubs Big Time BBQ Rub
· 1 pound chuck roast steak
· 1 large white onion
· 2 tablespoons rice vinger
· 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
· 1 tablespoon of Daiya Chive and Onion dairy free spread
· 1 cup of chopped carrots
To start with, I turend the heat to high and added the vegetable oil to the pan. I cut up the onion into large chunks and also cut up the steak into cubes. I dumped it all in the pan and cooked it on high for 3 minutes. Then, I cut the heat to medium and aaaed in the rice vinegar, BBQ Rub, chive spread, and carrots and let it simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes and then served.
