Today’s lunch is a Mexican steak stir-fry with a side of green beans! Here are the ingredients!
· 1 pound of flank steak- pounded out thinly and sliced in small pieces
· 5 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
· 1 tablespoon of Lisy Red Fajita seasoning
· 1 tablespoon of spicy mustard
· 1 bag of frozen green beans

First, I head up a large pan on high heat and added in the oil. I cut the steak in half long ways and then pounded the steak flat with my mallet. I cut it into really thin slices so it would cook fast and not be tough. I added the meat along with the frozen bag of greens beans straight to the hot skillet and added in the garlic, spicy mustard, and the fajita seasoning. I cooked it for about 3 minutes and then served.
