Spicy Sweet and Sour Fried Pork Chops!

Today’s lunch is some hot and sweet and sour fried pork chops!

Here are the ingredients!
· 4 thin boneless pork chops
· 1 cup of sweet and sour sauce
· 2 tablespoons of Primal Kitchen Buffalo sauce
· 3 cloves of peeled and chopped garlic
· 1 teaspoon of garlic salt
· 1 cup of vegetable oil
· 1 container of cauliflower gnocchi
· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the gnocchi water
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the gnocchi water
· 1 cup of gluten free flour
To start, I finely chopped the garlic and added to a large pan. I mixed in the garlic salt, buffalo sauce, and sweet and sour sauce. In another pan I added the flour. I dipped each pork chop in this sauce mixture and then the flour and fried them ofr 3 minutes a side on medium heat. The non-stick skillet contained the 1-cup of vegetable oil. Once the pork was fried, I let it drain on plate before serving.
For the side, I made a package of gnocchi. I filled a small pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. Once it reached a boil, I added the gnocchi and cooed it for 3 minutes. Once it was done, I drained it and served it with the pork.
