Spicy BBQ Chicken Tenders!

Tonight’s dinner is spicy BBQ baked chicken tenders with seasoning from Riley’s Spice!




Here are the ingredients!


• 2 tablespoons of the Riley’s Texas Style BBQ Hickory Rub

• 5 chicken tenders- they were all ready cooked so I thawed them this afternoon

• 1 ounce of hot sauce


I thawed the chicken in the fridge for about 4 hours to make the seasoning and the sauce stick better.


After I coated the chicken with the rub and hot sauce, I put them on a small baking sheet. I broiled them for 10 minutes at 500 degrees, and then served. I did not make a side for this because I wanted a small meal.
