Sour Creme and Garlic Crockpot Chicken Thighs!

Today’s lunch is a crockpot recipe- sour crème and garlic seasoned chicken thighs!






Here are the ingredients!


· 1 container of Kite Hill Dairy Free sour crème

· 1 cup of dry white wine

· 1 pouch of gnarley garlic seasoning

· 4 boneless chicken thighs- these were frozen so I put them in the fridge overnight to thaw

· 4 cloves of peeled garlic-chopped finely

· 3 tablespoons of grated dairy free parmesan cheese-sprinkled on top

· 1 pouch of rice



First, I had all the chicken vacuumed packed in the freezer so I took it out last night and put it in the fridge to thaw.


Once the chicken was thawed, I added all of the ingredients to the crockpot and cooked it for 3 hours on high.


Once it was done, I carefully scooped it out of the crockpot and did not shred it. I made a pouch of Uncle Ben’s brown rice to go with it and served.
