Today’s recipe is a chicken and pasta dish! Here are the ingredients!
· 1 oz. of Smoked Spanish Hot Paprika from Savory Spice
· 1 pound of boneless and skinless chicken thighs- sliced thinly
· 1 box of Barilla Bucatini pasta
· 3 cloves of peeled and chopped garlic
· 1 tablespoon of garlic salt- for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil-for the pasta water
· 1 stick of unsalted butter
· 1 cup of Rex Goliath Sauvignon Blanc

First, I heated up a large saucepan on medium heat and added in the chicken, the wine, the garlic, the butter, and the garlic salt and the Spanish Paprika. I let this cook together for 30 minutes on high heat, stirring every couple minutes.
Once the pasta was boiling, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 8 minutes. Once the pasta was cooked, I scooped it out with tongs and it into one of large glass bowls and added the chicken and all the sauce over it, and stirred to cover all the noodles with the sauce and then served.
