Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops!

Tonight’s dinner is slow cooker pork chops! Here are the ingredients!
• 4 tablespoons of the Riley’s Texas Style BBQ Hickory Rub
• 2 pounds of boneless pork chops (10 pork chops)
• 1 medium sized onion cut into slivers
• 5 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
• 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
• 1 cup of Carolina Treet Original Cooking BBQ Sauce
• 2 cups of water
• 1 package of mashed potatoes

To start with, I put all the pork in the crockpot and added in the onion and garlic. I added in the sauces, the water, and the rub and stirred it to coat.
I cooked them on high for 3 hours. When it was time to eat, I served them with some all ready prepared mashed potatoes that I heated up in the microwave.
