Tonight’s dinner is slow cooker Asian meatballs! This is on the dishes that you can just set it in the crockpot and forget it!
Here are the ingredients!
· 40 thawed pork meatballs
· 1 tablespoon of Marrakech Moroccan Mix- Salt Free seasoning- from Savory Spice
· 1 tablespoon of Market Pantry-Target brand- of ground ginger
· 1 teaspoon of McCormick garlic salt
· 1 teaspoon of McCormick crushed red pepper flakes
· 1 large onion- cut into chunks
· 5 cloves of garlic- peeled and cut into large pieces
· 1 tablespoon of squeeze ginger
· 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
· 8 tablespoons of soy sauce
· 2 tablespoons of mild hot sauce
· 1 cup of water

After adding all this to the crockpot, I stirred it all together to coat all the meatballs I set this on high and let it simmer for 4.5 hours. Since the meatballs were all ready cooked, I just needed them to get warm and absorb all the flavors. I wanted them thawed, so I moved them from the freezer to the fridge at 8 this morning. I put all of this in the crockpot at 1 today so it would be ready at 5.:30.
I made sure I used my rubber spoon so I did not scratch the inside of the crockpot.
