Shell Pasta!

Here’s another pasta dish!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1 tablespoon of Paleo Powder All Purpose Seasoning
· 1 stick of salted butter
· 1 large finely chopped and peeled garlic clove
· 1tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water
· 1 box of Barilla Medium Sized Shells
First, I filled a medium sized pot with water, added in the salt and olive oil, and let it come to a boil on high heat with the lid on. Once it did, I added in the shells, and cooked it for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a large saucepan, I melted the butter on medium heat. Once it was melted, I added in the seasoning and the chopped garlic. I stirred this together to make the sauce. I turned it to low heat as I waited of the pasta to finish cooking. Once the pasta was done, I drained it with my large pasta scoop and tossed it straight into the sauce. I gave it a toss to coat all the shells and served.
