Sausages!

Today’s lunch is some sausages!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1 tablespoon of the Hickory Smoked Sea Salt- from Savory Spice
· 2 packages (10 links) of raw Bratwurst sausages
· 1 large onion- cut into large chunks
· 1 medium sized green/orange pepper- cut into large chunks
· 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
· 1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
First, I chopped the onion and pepper and placed them on the baking sheet. I used a large non-stick baking sheet, but I still sprayed it with some Pam.
I placed all the sausages on top of this mixture and sprinkled in the sea salt and the pepper. I drizzled the vinegar over everything.
I baked them at 350 for 30 minutes, broiled them for 1 minute at 500 degrees, then flipped the tray around and broiled them for another 3 minutes. I sliced all of the sausages in half and broiled them for an additional 3 minutes and then served.
