Sausage Egg Bites!

Today’s brunch recipe is sausage egg bites! I love these because I can make them ahead of time and chill or freeze them for a later use!

Here are the ingredients!
· 2 tablespoons of All Purpose Paleo Powder seasoning
· 2 tablespoons of freshly ground black pepper
· 4 Italian sausage links- (they came cooked)
· 12 eggs
First, I cracked all the eggs in a large glass bowl to make sure I did not drop any shells in the eggs. I whisked them together and added in the Paleo seasoning and the pepper. I cut up the sausage links into bite size chunks and added them into the egg mixture.
I lined 2 mini muffin tins with the mini liners and poured the eggs into each one. I baked them for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and then let them stand for a couple minutes before enjoying. Some of them did not end up having sausage in them and they were still just as yummy!
