Today’s lunch is a smoky sausage and pasta dish! Her are the ingredients!
· 1 tablespoon of the Hickory Smoked Sea Salt- from Savory Spice
· 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water
· 1 box of Barilla Bucatini
· 1 package of Alfresco sausage patties (4 patties) and 1 package of 4 sausage links
· 3 tablespoons of the original nutpods

To start with, I finely chopped up the sausage patties and removed the other sausages from the casings and chopped them up finely. I put them all in a large skillet on medium heat and added in the chopped garlic, the Hickory Smoked Sea Salt and the nutpods.
All the sausages were precooked so I only wanted to get some color on them. While I waited for the sausage to brown, I set a large pot of water to boil. Once the water reached a boil I added the pasta and cooked it for 8 minutes.
Once the pasta was done, I drained it and added it straight in with the sausages and stirred it for a minute or so to well coat all the pasta and then served.
