Protein Packed Gluten Free/Dairy Free Chocolate Cake!

Today’s sweet treat is a protein packed gluten free and dairy free chocolate cake!

Here are the ingredients!
· 2 tablespoons of liquid vegan eggs
· 1 cup of the original nutpods
· 1 and 1/3 cup gluten free flour
· 1 cup of protein powder
· 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
· 1 and ¼ cups of brown sugar
· ½ cup of Ghee- melted
· non stick- cooking spray
This recipe was so easy to make! First, I melted the ½ cup of Ghee in the microwave at 5-second intervals until it was all melted. Then I mixed in the nutpods and the vegan eggs and whisked it together until it was all blended. I added in the cocoa powder, the flour, protein powder, and sugar and whisked it until it was all blended together. I poured the mixture in a medium sized round metal pan and spread out the batter.
I baked it at 350 for 25 minutes then let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
