Pork Chops!

Today’s lunch is some braised pork chops!






Here are the ingredients!


· 4 bone-in pork chops

· 1 tablespoon of Dak’s Everything seasoning

· 1 tablespoon of salt

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil

· 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

· 2 tablespoons of salted butter



This dish is super easy! I had the pork chops in the freezer so I took them out this morning to thaw.


Once they were thawed, I drizzled the olive oil over them on both sides, poured the vinegar on them, and sprinkled the salt and Dak’s seasoning on all sides to make a nice crust.


I heated up a large pan on high heat and added in the butter. Once the butter was melted, I added in the pork and cooked them for 1 minute a side and then let the stand for about 3 minutes before serving.


For the side, I made 2 pouches of Uncle Ben’s Whole grain brown rice in the microwave.
