Pork Chops!

Today’s lunch is some pork chops!




Here are the ingredients!

· 2 teaspoons of Que 4:4 original seasoning

· ¼ cup of BBQ sauce

· 3 bone-in pork chops

· 1 teaspoon of olive oil

First, I let the pork chops thaw out this morning. Once they were thawed, I seasoned them with the BBQ sauce and sprinkled the Que 4:4 seasoning on both sides of the pork chops.

I heated up a large saucepan and added in the olive oil. I turned the heat to medium, and once it was hot, I added in the pork chops. I seared them for 1 minute on one side, flipped them over, and seared them for 1 minute on the other side. I let them cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat, flipping them every minute.

I let them cool for a minute and served. I did not make a side for this because I did not want a ton of leftovers.
