Pineapple Espresso Pork Chops!

This week is starting off with some Pineapple Espresso pork chops! Here are the ingredients!

• 2 tablespoons of the Pineapple Espresso Rub from Riley’s Spice

• 4 boneless pork chops

I put all the pork chops into a small casserole dish and sprinkled the rub on both sides of the pork. I let these marinate, covered with saran wrap for about 30 minutes.

Once it was time to cook, I removed the saran wrap and baked them at 400 for 40 minutes. I served it with a mix of butter garlic flavored and vegetable rice.
