Pasta in a Vegan Herb Creme Sauce!

Today’s lunch is a vegan and nut free pasta dish because I am using nutpods oat creamer! You can also easily switch out the pasta for a gluten free one!

Here are the ingredients!


· 1 tablespoon of the Bohemian Forest Seasoning- from Savory Spice

· 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

· 1 tablespoon of garlic salt

· 3 tablespoons of white wine

· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasts water

· 5 tablespoons of the Original nutpods oat creamer

· 5 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

· 1 box of Barilla Angel Hair pasta

·


To start with, I set a large pot of water to boil and added in the salt and olive oil. Once it reached a boil, I added in the angel hair and cooked it for 5 minutes.

In a large sauté pan, I added in the oat creamer, the wine, the chopped garlic, the Bohemian Forest seasoning, the Italian seasoning, and the garlic salt. I whisked this together to make the sauce and then let it simmer together on low.

Once the pasta was done, I drained it and added it straight into the sauce and served.
