Pasta in a nutpods sauce!

Today’s lunch is some gluten free pasta in a nutpods sauce!




Here are the ingredients!

  • 1 box of gluten free spaghetti

  • 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

  • 1/4 cup of the original nutpods

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/3 cup of freshly grated vegan Parmesan cheese


First, I filled a large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I covered it and set the heat to high and once it reached a boil, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally.


In a large skillet, I added the nutpods, salt, pepper, and freshly grated cheese. I used a super fine grater to make the pieces super small. I let this simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.


Once the pasta was done, I tossed it with the sauce and served.
