Pasta!

Today’s lunch is a gluten free pasta dish!

Here are the ingredients!
1 box of Good and Gather gluten free spaghetti from Target
1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water
1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water
1/4 cup of the original nutpods
1 tablespoon of fresh pesto
1 teaspoon of Trader Joe’s garlic powder
1 tablespoon of Watkin’s powered ranch seasoning
First, I filled a large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I covered it and set the heat to high. Once it reached a roaring boil, I added in the gluten free spaghetti and cooked it for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the pasta was cooking, I added the nutpods, pesto, garlic powder and ranch seasoning to a medium sized pan and let it simmer on low together , stirring occasionally while the pasta cooked.
Once the pasta was done, I drained it and tossed it with the nutpods sauce and served.
