Pasta!

Today’s recipe is a pasta dish in a white wine sauce! Here are the ingredients!





• 1 box of Barilla Rotini

• 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

• 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

• 2 teaspoons of salt

• 2 teaspoons of pepper

• 2 teaspoons of ground nutmeg

• 2 cups of white wine

• 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic


In a large pasta pot I added the salt and olive oil. I filled it with water and covered it. Once it reached a boil on high heat, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 8 minutes.


In a large skillet, I added in the salt, pepper, nutmeg, wine, and garlic. I set the heat to high to make the wine reach a boil. I let it keep boiling while the pasta cooked.


Once the pasta was done, I drained with my big pasta scoop and added to the wine sauce. I let it cook together for a minute to absorb all the flavors and then served.
