Parmesan Pesto Pasta!

Today’s lunch is a yummy pasta dish made with some Savory Spice Raleigh seasonings!




Here are the ingredients!

· 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan Pesto Sprinkle- from Savory Spice

· 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter

· 3 large cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

· 1 box of Gemelli Barilla pasta

· 2 tablespoons of A3 Chardonnay

· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

To start, I filled a medium sized pasta pot with water and added in the olive oil and salt. I set the heat to high, covered, and let it come to a boil. Once it was boiling, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 13 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a medium sized saucepan, I added in the butter,wine, garlic, and Parmesan Pesto Sprinkle and let this cook together on low, stirring occasionally to make the sauce.

Once the pasta was done, I drained it and tossed it with the butter sauce and served.
