nutpods cake!

Today’s blog post is a recipe for vegan/gluten free mini cakes made with nutpods! These would make a great Valentine’s Day treat.

Here are the ingredients!

  • 1/4 cup of coffee cake nutpods

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1 cup of gluten free flour

  • 3 tablespoons of protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 3 tablespoons of vegan egg substitute

  • 1 teaspoon of vegan butter- for greasing the cups


To start, I added the sugar, cocoa powder, gluten free flour, and protein powder to a large bowl and stirred it together. I mixed the vegan eggs and the nutpods and stirred it together to make a batter.

I used the teaspoon of butter to grease 3 mini ramekins. I poured the mixture into these 3 ramekins and placed them all a baking sheet and baked them at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. When they were done, I let them cool for about 10 minutes and then served them.
