nutpods and gnocchi!

Tonight’s dinner is some cauliflower gnocchi cooked in a nutpods sauce!

Here are the ingredients!
1/3 cup of the original nutpods
1 package of Green Giant Cauliflower gnocchi (10 ounces)
1 tablespoon of salt for the gnocchi water
1 tablespoon of garlic infused olive oil- for the gnocchi water
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
First, I filled a small pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I set the heat to high and covered it. Once it reached a roaring boil, I added in the frozen gnocchi and cooked it for about 3 minutes, until all of the gnocchi floated to the top.
In a large sauce pan, I added the nutpods and the garlic powder. I let this simmered uncovered on low heat to make the sauce.
Once the gnocchi was done, I drained it with a slotted spoon, tossed it with the nutpods sauce and served.
