Noodles!

Tonight’s dinner is a vegan noodle dish! Here are the ingredients!


• 1 (8 oz.) package of Chinese noodles

• 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

• 1 tablespoon of Island Teriyaki sauce

• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons of duck sauce




In a small pasta pot, I added the water and covered it and let it reach a boil on high heat once it did, I added the noodles and cooked them for 5 minutes.


In a large non-stick skillet, I added the garlic, teriyaki, soy sauce, duck sauce, and ginger and let it cook together on low to make a sauce.


Once the noodles were done, I turned the heat to high. I drained the noodles and added them straight into the sauce. I cooked this until the noodles were nicely caramelized and then served.
