Today’s lunch is lemon pepper chicken wings! I did not make a side for them, so I just split the wings in between the two of us so we did not have any leftovers.
Here are the ingredients!
· 1 (1 lb.) mixed bag of wings and drummettes- they were frozen so I thawed them out, rinsed them with some warm water, and then patted them dry with a paper towel before cooking them.
· 2 tablespoons of McCormick Lemon Pepper seasoning
· 2 tablespoons of McCormick garlic salt
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil

After the wings had thawed, I put them in a large bowl and rinsed all of them off. Then I patted them dry with a paper towel and put them in a clean bowl. I drizzled the olive oil over them and added in the salt and pepper seasonings. Then I spread out the wings on a large baking sheet with a wire wrack on it so the undersides would get crispy too without having to flip them.
I set the oven to 375 degrees and baked the chicken wings for 1 hour on a baking sheet with a wire wrack on the sheet so I did not have to flip the wings, and then served.
