Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders!

Today’s lunch is some baked chicken tenders with the Lemon Pepper seasoning from B’s Rubs!



Here are the ingredients!

· 2 tablespoons of B’s Rubs Big Squeeze Lemon Pepper

· 1 stick of salted butter

· 3 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts- thawed and cut into thin slices

· 1 tablespoon of salt

· 1 quart of water

First, I filed my large quart pan with water and added in the salt and chicken. I set the heat to high and covered it. I waited for this to come to a boil and let the chicken cook like this for about 15 minutes to thaw out.

Once the chicken was thawed, I cut the chicken into thin slices to make the tender size that I wanted and placed them in small glass casserole dish. I sprinkled 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning on them, and added the butter around it for the sauce. I cut the stick up into chunks.

Since I thawed it out, I baked it at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. For a side, I made some pouches of microwave white rice and some frozen peas.
