Lemon Pepper Chicken!


Today’s second recipe is some baked lemon pepper chicken! The chicken was frozen so I took it out of the freezer and set it in a brine for about 3 hours on the counter to help thaw.




Here are the ingredients!


· 2 tablespoons of salt (for the brine)

· 3 cups of water (for the brine)

· 2 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts (left whole)

· 2 tablespoons of Pyramid Peak Lemon Pepper seasoning- from Savory Spice

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil


Once they were done brining, I removed them from the solution, patted them dry with a paper towel and placed them in a metal dish. I drizzled the olive oil on all sides and sprinkled the lemon pepper seasoning over both sides as well.


I baked them at 450 for 20 minutes then let them cool for a couple minutes before serving.
