Lemon Pepper Chicken!

Today’s lunch is baked chicken cutlets!

Here are the ingredients!
· 2 tablespoons of B’s Rubs Big Squeeze Lemon Pepper
· 3 large boneless chicken breasts- sliced in half to make 6 pieces of chicken
· ½ of a large white onion- cut into thick slices
· 2 peeled and finely chopped garlic cloves
I set the oven to 450 degrees. I sliced the chicken breasts in half to make the culets and spread them out in a small baking dish. I sprinkled the lemon pepper on all sides. I added the onion and garlic around the chicken and then baked it for 30 minutes. I did not make a side for this.
