Lemon Garlic Gluten Free Pasta!

Today’s lunch is some lemon and garlic gluten free pasta made with some ghee!




Here are the ingredients!


· 3 tablespoons of 4th and Heart Ghee clarified butter

· 1 teaspoon of garlic salt

· Zest and juice from 1 lemon

· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

· 1 box of gluten free Campanelle


To start with, I filled a large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I covered it and set the heat to high. Once it reached a boil, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 11 minutes.


In a large saucepan, I added in the garlic salt, lemon zest and juice, and the ghee. I let this simmer on low while I waited for the pasta to cook. Once the pasta was done, I drained it and tossed it with the lemon ghee sauce and served.
