Lasanga!

Here are the ingredients!


  • 4 blocks of Daiya grilling cheese blocks- cut into cubes

  • 1 bag of Daiya mozzarella cheese- for the top

  • 1 bag of Daiya Parmesan cheese- for the top

  • 1 jar of Just Like Home Zesty Tomato Basil and Cheese sauce

  • I box of Tinkaya gluten free lasagna

  • 1 pound of Beyond Beef vegan ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon of minced onion

  • 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water



First, I boiled the noodles in a large pot which contained the salt and oil. I cooked them for 10 minutes and then drained them and rinsed them with cold water to chill them off quickly.


Then I placed a layer on noodles in a medium greased casserole dish and added the cut up cheese in a single layer, drizzled the sauce over it, added the ground beef and the minced onion and onion powder , and kept repeating the layers until the dish was full. I placed the cubed up gouda in between the layers and sprinkled the mozzarella and parmesan cheese in between each layer and then added a layer on top.


I baked it at 450 for 30 minutes, let it cool for about 10 minutes and served.
