Kale nutpods gluten free pasta!

Today’s lunch is some gluten free pasta made with some nutpods and some kale! I love using the original nutpods in my recipes because it makes the best dairy free sauce!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1/3 of original nutpods
· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water
· 2 tablespoons of Whole Foods Broccoli and Kale sauce
· 1 bag (8.8 ounces) of organic gluten free pasta
To start, I filled a small pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I covered the pot, set the heat to high, and once it reached a boil, added in the pasta and cooked it for 10 minutes.
In a large skillet, I added the nutpods and the sauce and whisked it together. I let this simmer on low heat while I waited for the pasta to finish cooking. Once the pasta was done, I drained it and tossed it with the sauce and served.
