Jamaican Jerk Seasoned Chicken!

Tonight’s dinner is another chicken leg recipe!

Here are the ingredients!
· 2 tablespoons of the Jamaican Jerk Seasoning- from B’s Rubs
· 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
· 2 cloves of garlic- peeled and left whole
· 9 chicken legs
I boiled the legs for this recipe and it was so easy! I filled a large stock pot with water and added in the whole garlic cloves, the seasoning, and the vinegar. I set the heat to high and covered it. I stirred the water every minute or so to help mix the seasoning and vinegar and water together.
Once it came to a boil, I added in the chicken that was mostly frozen, and boiled it uncovered for 1 hour. I didn’t make a side because I did not want leftovers.
