Jamaican Jerk Chicken!

Tonight’s dinner is some chicken breasts and simmered in a butter sauce with some rice!

Here are the ingredients!


· 2 large chicken breasts- with bones and skin

· 2 packets of Uncle Ben’s Rice- one original and one roasted chicken flavor

· 4 tablespoons of B’s Rubs Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

· ½ stick of salted butter

First, I put the butter in the skillet and melted it on medium heat. I added in the rice and placed the chicken on top of the rice. I sprinkled the Jerk Seasoning on all sides of the chicken, and then baked it at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
