Hickory Smoked Meatballs!

For my husband’s lunch tomorrow, I am making him meatballs with a new seasoning from Savory Spice! Instead of using the crockpot this time, I am just making this a one-pot meal in a large non-stick skillet.


Here are the ingredients!


• 1 teaspoon of the Hickory Smoked sea salt seasoning- from Savory Spice

• 10 thawed out meatballs

• 1 tablespoon of butter

• 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

• 1 package of Uncle Ben’s Brown Basmati rice



To start, I preheated my large skillet on medium heat and added in the tablespoon of butter. As this melted, I peeled and chopped the garlic and measured out the Hickory Smoked sea salt seasoning. I added all of this and the meatballs to the skillet and gave it a stir.


I cooked the Uncle Ben’s rice in the pouch for 90 seconds and then added it in with the meatballs. I covered this dish and let it simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Since the meatballs are all ready cooked, I only needed them to just absorb the flavors so it didn’t take very long.
