Hasselback Chicken!

Tonight’s dinner is a hasselback chicken breast!


Here are the ingredients!


• 1 teaspoon of the Homestead Seasoning- from Savory Spice

• 1 teaspoon of the Hickory Smoked Sea Salt- from Savory Spice

• 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

• 1 tablespoon of the original nutpods

• 1 large boneless and skinless chicken breast- cut hasselback style

To start with, I preheated the oven to 450 degrees. I cut slices into the chicken breast and sprinkled I with the 2 seasonings, and then put the garlic in between the slices. I drizzled some nutpods over it, covered it tightly with foil, and then baked it for 30 minutes. I took the foil off, then broiled it at 500 degrees for 2 minutes to get some color.
