Hash Brown Casserole!

Today’s recipe is a new side dish- hash brown casserole!

Here are the ingredients!
· 8 ounces of Kite Hill Medium Spicy Queso- dairy free
· 8 ounces of frozen hash browns
· ½ cup of Earth Balance dairy free butter- melted
· 1 small yellow onion- finely chopped
· 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
· 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
· 11.2 ounces (1 carton) of the original nutpods- dairy free
· Non stick spray
· Beyond Beef Sausage patties

First, I sprayed my 8X8 metal pan with non-stick spray. I melted the butter in a small bowl for 1 minute and 3o seconds and then added it to my prep bowl. I added in the nutpods next. I chopped up the onion into small pieces and mixed that in with the garlic salt and pepper. I added in the hash browns and stirred to cat and then added in the queso that I microwaved for 1 minute in a small bowl.
I baked it at 350 for 45 minutes, broiled it at 500 degrees for 5 minutes to add some more color, and served it with some Beyond Beef patties that I microwaved for 1 minute.
