Tonight I am making dinner for my parents and it is 2 grilled pork tenderloins!
• 2 tablespoons of the BBQ Rub from Riley’s Spice
• 2 tablespoons of the Pineapple Espresso from Riley’s Spice
• 2 pork tenderloins
• 4 tablespoons of olive oil

First, I seasoned 1 pork tenderloin with 2 of the olive oil tablespoons and the BBQ Rub. I wrapped it in saran wrap and placed it in a large glass casserole dish. I placed the other tenderloins the saran wrap, drizzled it with the other 2 tablespoons of olive oil and seasoned it with the Pineapple rub. I wrapped this in saran wrap too and placed it in the same dish with the other one. I let this marinate for about 6 hours in the fridge. When it was time to grill, I seared them and then grilled them on high heat for 4 minutes a side
I let them stand for 12 minutes before slicing.
I made a side of mashed potatoes with it.
