Gnocchi!

Here are the ingredients!


  • 1 pound packaged gnocchi

  • 1/4 cup of the original nutpods

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 cup of freshly grated vegan parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon of salt


First, I brought a large saucepan of water to a boil and added in the salt. Once the water was boiling, I added the gnocchi and boil until they float, about 2 to 3 minutes. In a small saucepan, I added the nutpods, pepper and cheese and cooked it on low for about 5 minutes to make the sauce. I kept whisking it together to make it blend smoothly. When the gnocchi was done, I drained it with a large scoop and tossed it with the sauce and served.
