Gnocchi!

Today’s lunch is some dairy free vegan bacon gnocchi!

Here are the ingredients!


  • 3 tablespoons of the original nutpods (use butter instead)

  • 1 package of mini gnocchi from DELALLO

  • 1 tablespoon of salt- for the gnocchi water

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the gnocchi water

  • 3 slices of vegan bacon- chopped finely

  • 3 tablespoons of plant based grated parmesan

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder


First, I filled large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil I covered it, set the heat to high, and once it reached a boil, I added in the gnocchi and cooked it for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.


In a large sauce pan, I added in the nutpods, the salt, pepper, and garlic powder and stirred it together on low heat. I added in the chopped vegan bacon and plant based Parmesan and whisked to gather to make the sauce for about 5 minutes.


When the gnocchi was done, I tossed it with the sauce and served.
