Gluten Free/Dairy Free Boneless Buffalo Wings!

Today’s lunch is some gluten free/dairy free boneless buffalo wings made with some Primal Kitchen buffalo sauce!

Here are the ingredients!
· ¼ cup of Primal Kitchen Buffalo sauce
· 3 skinless and boneless chicken breasts- cut into small pieces
· 1 cup of gluten free flour
· 2 teaspoons of salt
· ½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
· ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
· ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
· ½ teaspoon of paprika
· 1 egg
· 3 cups of vegetable oil
· 1 cup of non-flavored almond milk
· 1 tablespoon of vegan butter
First, I filled a large pot with the oil and set the heat to medium high and covered it.
Next, I combined the flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl.
I melted the butter and mixed in the almond milk in a small bowl. I dipped each piece of chicken in this mixture and then dipped it in the flour mixture.
I fried the chicken in small batches for about 5-6 minutes each time.
In a small bowl, I mixed in the melted vegan butter and the Primal sauce and tossed the freshly fried chicken in this sauce mixture and served.
