Gluten Free and Vegan Noodles!

Todays lunch is a vegan and gluten free noodle dish!








Here are the ingredients!


· 1 package (6.75 oz.) of mai fun rice sticks (thin white rice noodles)

· 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

· 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

· 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar

· 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

· ¼ of a thinly sliced white onion

· 1 tablespoon of Chinese Five Spice

· 1 tablespoon of mushroom seasoning



To start, I filled a small pot with water and set the heat to high and covered it. Once it boiled, I added in the rice sticks and cooked them for 10 minutes.


In a large pan, I added in the vegetable and let it get to a high heat. I added in the onion and cooked them until they became a nice golden color. I added in the garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, the five spice, and the mushroom seasoning and turned the heat to low, stirring frequently.


Once the noodles were soft, I drained them in a large colander and tossed them with the onion and stir fried them for a minute to give them some color and to absorb the flavors and then served.
